There are just two requirements that must be complete in order to qualify for the Preferred Benefit for the 2016/2017 year. The first is the online Health Assessment, the second would be to complete one wellness activity. The District will offer three Wellness Challenges throughout the year to assist you in completing your wellness activity.
If you would like to complete a different wellness activity you may do so as the challenges are not mandatory. To view a list of other activities you may view them here under the 'Health Partners Programs'. You may also view them after logging into www.healthpartners.com on your Health and Well-Being home page under the "Available Activities" section.
The Lose Weight in 8 Challenge will kick-off Sunday, January 15th! Register by adding the Lose Weight in 8 Challenge as your Health and Well-Being Activity. Register between January 1st - January 15th to participate!

Q: What if I don’t have the minimum number of 2 needed for a team?
This is a team based challenge and a minimum of two people are needed per team. If you are not able to find a team member before the registration period closes, you will be added to the “No team” team. You will still be able to track your servings using the challenge tools.
Q: I’ve signed-up for the wrong team, how do I switch?
Q: My co-worker would like to participate. Can they join? How can they join my team?
Anyone that is currently eligible to participate in the online well-being programs and would like to join the challenge can do so by following the same steps above. When they sign-up for the challenge, let them know to look for your team name.
Q: What if I would like to participate in the challenge but would not like to join a team?
If you would like to participate as an individual, select the “No team” team in the drop down (step 3 from above) when you sign up for the challenge. This will avoid being added to a competing challenge team. You will still be able to track your fruit and veggies, use the challenge tools, and complete the challenge.
