On Wednesday, January 4, 2017, Tartan's College-In-The-Schools American Government students attended their Field Day at the University of MN. The topic of debate was the Electoral College and the keynote speaker was MN Secretary of State Steve Simon.
The annual STAARS Banquet was held on Wednesday, May 19, to celebrate the students in the top 10% of their graduating classes.
Over 400 senior citizens gathered for dancing and dining on May 25.
